Terms & Conditions

Article 1 - Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Article 2 - Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, bookings, agreements, retreats, coaching programmes, and other services provided by Romana Alice Zwang.

Any deviations from these Terms & Conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing.

Article 3 - Booking Process

All bookings begin with a Discovery Call.

A reservation becomes confirmed once:

• the Discovery Call has taken place;
• both parties agree to move forward;
• the agreed deposit has been received.

Upon confirmation, the Participant’s place is reserved exclusively.

Article 4 - Investment & Payment

The investment for each retreat or programme is stated in the current RAZ Investment Guide or personalised proposal.

Payment options include:

• Full payment
• Two instalments
• Three instalments*
• *An additional administration fee applies to payment plans.

Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.

Bookings made within 30 days before arrival require full payment upon booking.

Article 5 - Deposit

A deposit of 30% or 50%, as agreed between both parties, is required to secure the booking.

The deposit is non-refundable.

Article 6 - Cancellation Policy

Every RAZ Experience is individually prepared and reserved exclusively for each Participant. For this reason, all payments made are non-refundable. Cancellation by the Participant does not entitle the Participant to a refund of the deposit or any other payments made.

Article 7 - Rescheduling

A retreat may, at Romana Alice Zwang’s sole discretion, be rescheduled once if requested in writing and approved in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.

Article 8 - Changes by Romana Alice Zwang

Should unforeseen circumstances such as illness, force majeure, or exceptional events prevent the retreat from taking place, Romana Alice Zwang will offer an alternative date whenever reasonably possible.

Romana Alice Zwang is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by the Participant, including but not limited to flights, accommodation outside the retreat, travel insurance, or other travel-related costs.

Article 9 - Health & Wellbeing

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit to participate.

Participants must inform Romana Alice Zwang in advance of:

• medical conditions;
• allergies;
• dietary requirements;
• medication;
• psychological conditions relevant to participation.

Romana Alice Zwang reserves the right to decline participation if attendance may pose a risk to the Participant or others.

Article 10 - Personal Responsibility

Participation in all retreats and programmes is entirely voluntary and at the Participant’s own risk. The RAZ Method™ provides coaching and personal development services and does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other healthcare treatment.

Participants remain fully responsible for all personal decisions made during and after participation.

Article 11 - Alcohol & Substance Policy

To create an environment that supports rest, clarity, and personal transformation, no alcohol is served during any RAZ Experience.

Should Participants choose to consume alcohol outside the official retreat programme, they do so entirely at their own responsibility.

The use of illegal drugs or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden throughout the retreat.

Article 12 - Liability

Romana Alice Zwang shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Romana Alice Zwang accepts no liability for:

• personal injury;
• illness;
• theft or loss of personal belongings;
• travel disruptions;
• flight delays or cancellations;
• decisions or actions taken by Participants during or after the retreat.

Participants are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance.

Article 13 - Confidentiality

All personal information shared during retreats, coaching sessions, and programmes is treated with strict confidentiality.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow Participants.

Article 14 - Photography & Media

Photos or videos will only be taken with the Participant’s prior consent.

No images or recordings will be used for promotional purposes without explicit permission.

Article 15 - Privacy

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties without legal basis or consent.

Article 16 - Force Majeure

Romana Alice Zwang shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Where possible, both parties will work together to find a suitable alternative solution.

Article 17 - Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws do not require otherwise, any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in Spain.

Article 18 - Acceptance

By confirming a booking, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
